• How much would it cost to design (insert any project here)? It depends. Yes, it always depends. We approach each client personally and quote on the specific needs of his or her project. Several other factors such as timelines and complexity are factored into the pricing matrix.

Our high level or professionalism and world class designers (many of whom are listed on Adobe.com and other popular design magazines) make our company the leader of the adult design industry. We are trying to build solid long-term relationships with our clients that will benefit both parties.

• Is rush service available (and how much will it cost)? Although not in all cases, rush service is available. This will cost you 25-50% over your standard quote amount, depending on the current lead time. Please check with your account/sales manager for availability.

• Do I have to pre-pay you? All projects under $1000 are to be paid 100% upfront. Projects over that price are generally paid 50% as a deposit and 50% upon completion and 100% satisfaction. Large design & development order payment schedules are negotiated before placing the order.

• What does your 100% satisfaction mean? Our 100% satisfaction guarantee is pretty simple. It ensures that you are not stuck with a design you are unhappy with, having to go elsewhere to get the project re-done, thus spending your money, time and effort. We will make it painless for you by working on the design until you are completely happy. We sometimes do headstands if that’s required.

• What are your business hours? Our business hours are 8am - 6pm EST (GMT -5), but as in any army you will find that time is of no concern. When a mission needs to be accomplished, we will do what we have to do!

Whether you're a "know exactly what I want" or "I really need your help to get anything decent done" customer, we will take care of you. Our team of professionals will work with whatever you give us, or come up with our own ideas to present to you.

• Do I work with a designer directly? Yes, you use a communication/collaboration tool developed by our team, called Groupware Suite (PM). You will have an account manager, as well as a project manager, to assist you in all of your needs.

Our Project Management(PM) system is an advanced custom system developed on the basis of years of experience in working with our clients and understanding their needs, as well as what’s required in managing a team of over 75 people, all working in symbiosis to deliver magnificent results that we can be proud of.

We are here to fulfill your vision, and make YOU happy, and the only way to have that accomplished is to have you tell us what you like/dislike. The way our creative and project management works is:
  1) You submit a specification for your project
  2) We create a draft
  3) You review and approve or post comments
  4) We do the next draft, rinse, and repeat step 3 and 4 until you are 100% satisfied
